Terms of admission to the master's program

  1. The applicant should have a bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent grade of at least good, or its equivalent, from an accredited university.

  2. Be regularly student in undergraduate level.

  3. In the event the master's program seats is completed as stated in provision (1) and for no more than (20%) of the total seats; it may be accepted as for holders of bachelor's degree with a final grade of acceptable or its equivalent, provided that the student studies (3) remedial modules of the Master program plan in the first term determined by the Graduate Studies Committee at the Law College, so be uniform for all accepted students in the program and the student must successfully pass the three modules with a score of (70%) as a minimum for each of them, and the total cumulative degree of at least (75%). then becoming a regular student and the modules will be counted for him within the prearranged modules in his plan so that if this condition is not fully achieved; the student will be dismissed from the program.

  4. Pass the national exam for the English language or English language certificate "TOEFL" exam or what is equivalent to them according to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research instructions, as a condition for admission.
