It's crucial to understand why net-zero energy is so important in today's world. As we all know, climate change is a pressing issue that requires urgent action. By reducing our carbon emissions and moving towards net-zero energy, we can slow down the rate of global warming and mitigate its harmful effects. By investing in renewable energy sources like solar and wind power, Jordan is reducing its dependence on imported fossil fuels and decreasing its carbon footprint. In fact, the country has set a targetin (Parisagreement) all new buildings must operate at NetZero CO2 emissions from 2030; and they must become a standard practice to meet the Paris agreement goals, 100% of buildings must operate at NetZero CO2 emissions by 2050,Additionally, the Jordanian government is actively promoting energy efficiency measures to further reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The research aims to study net-zero projects in Jordan (1) Determining the reality of the application of net-zero projects in our country. (2)Determining the result of the use of net-zero projects on the economic and personal side. (3) Submitting recommendations to the owner of projects or the contracting company executing the projects. To achieve the objectives of the research, the quantitative type was used, and a questionnaire was prepared from a set of questions, formulated in a thoughtful manner, presented to some experts (engineers, site engineers, managers, engineering managers, and technicians), and then distributed to workers in projects. The study sample consisted of employees and technicians of high and medium grades, who worked on construction projects for some contracting companies.
