The study aimed to identify A Building Information Model to Increase Human Resource Productivity in Amman Municipality Construction Projects (Abu Nseir as a Case Study), the study used descriptive analytical approach to suite the purpose of the study, sample of the study consisted of (73) which were selected by purposive convenient method from the engineers whose working in Amman Municipality Construction projects in Abu Nseir. And the results showed that the level of implementing BIM in construction projects was of a medium level because the total mean equal (3.46) that between (2.34-3.67), and the results showed that the human resources productivity was of a medium level with equal value (3.40) also, and the results showed that the Building Information Model have an impact on increase human resource productivity in Amman Municipality construction projects (Abu Nseir as a case study). The study recommended the spreading awareness about BIM technology among engineers by doing free courses in Jordan and forcing the government of the Amman municipality to introduce BIM technology in its construction projects.
