Construction projects in light of crises need effective management and development of solutions capable of achieving their goals. Decision-makers around the world are aware that the Covid-19virus and the current economic downturn present a great opportunity in happening a new crisis for financing projects and adjusting their designs to accommodate the outbreak of the epidemic. In view of the increasing number of deaths around the world and the concerted efforts of all sectors of life in order to confront this epidemic and contain its effects, this research was done in order to contribute to containing the effects of the epidemic, reducing its effects and developing a policy to contain this crisis. The focus of this research is on an important aspect, which is the aspect of architectural design and how to manage projects in a way that ensures breaking the chain of virus spread. The proposed crisis management policy is based on studying the effects of the epidemic on architectural design on the one hand, and how to reach the factors most affecting architectural design. On the other hand, studying the effects of the epidemic on project management. The results of the study include measures to contain the most influential consequences on both architectural trends and project management.
