Construction projects are an important foundation for economic development in Palestine, which depends primarily on the construction of construction projects and their linkage to the quality management system. The application and development of quality assurance and the implementation of quality management is a key theme of development in Palestine. This research aims to develop and improve the quality assurance components of construction projects through the establishment of a database to solve the problems of the Palestine-Salfit Quality Assurance Management System. The researcher designed and distributed a five-section questionnaire to 61 specialized engineers and analyzed the data generated by 61 engineers' responses and analysis using SPSS. After the analysis of the data, the results of the research showed that there was a firm relationship between the economic situation and quality assurance in Palestine-Salfit. The results of the research also show that most construction projects have difficulty controlling the costs of equipment used in construction projects, which play an important role in improving quality. Moreover, there is a lack of expertise among construction project engineers and insufficient knowledge in the process of improving quality assurance management in construction projects in Palestine-Salfit. The research recommends the application of the quality system to all construction projects and the dispatch of external missions to better understand quality assurance and its developments and applications in future construction projects.
