This study aimed to investigate the impact of Evidence-Based Management Practice on Strategic Decision Criteria in Jordanian Royal Medical Services. The study population included (5000) individual working in Jordanian Royal Medical Services. The study sample of the study was a purposive sample of the all hospitals directors and their assistants; medical centers directors and their assistants; administrative and technical assistants; supply, maintenance, logistics managers and heads of departments working in Jordanian Royal Medical Services was selected, amounting to (186) Doctors. To achieve the study objectives the study used descriptive analytical approach through many statistical tools, most notably multiple regression analysis. The most important results reached in this study namely: Evidence-Based Management Practice (Attitudes toward EBMP, Behaviors toward EBMP, Knowledge of EBMP and Use of EBMP) statistically significant impact on Strategic Decision Criteria in Jordanian Royal Medical Services at the level ( 0.05). Evidence-Based Management Practice (Attitudes toward EBMP, Behaviors toward EBMP, Knowledge of EBMP and Use of EBMP) statistically significant impact on Rare Criteria in Jordanian Royal Medical Services at the level ( 0.05). Evidence-Based Management Practice (Attitudes toward EBMP, Behaviors toward EBMP, Knowledge of EBMP and Use of EBMP) statistically significant impact on Consequential Criteria in Jordanian Royal Medical Services at the level ( 0.05). Evidence-Based Management Practice (Attitudes toward EBMP, Behaviors toward EBMP, Knowledge of EBMP and Use of EBMP) statistically significant impact on Directive Criteria in Jordanian Royal Medical Services at the level ( 0.05). Accourding to the results, the study recommends that importance of expanding the dissemination of studies that can be used to develop knowledge about evidence-based practice, especially those that include practical applications, and trying to link them to multiple levels and areas of practice, in addition to working hard on conducting studies and research whose results can actually be employed and used in Evidence-based practice. Work on developing the system of penalties adopted in Jordanian Royal Medical Services because of its role in improving Strategic Decision Criteria at Jordanian Royal Medical Services.
