Purpose: The study aims to examine the impact of organizational agility on pharmaceutical health service quality. The study underlines the importance of evaluating the extent to which the respondents are considered "agile" during the emergent Corona virus pandemic. Methodology: This research is conducted to be descriptive as well as cause/effect. The researcher used a questionnaire and face-to-face interviews to collect data from 215 managers at all different levels that are working in the Jordanian private hospitals in Amman. Data collected has been coded through SPSS version 20 after it has been checked for completeness and suitability. Results: The study results indicate that the respondents agree on the importance of organizational agility practices and their sub-variables, whereas organizational proactivity ranked the higher in terms of importance followed by organizational adaptability, then organizational understanding of core capabilities. Further, the respondents also agree on the importance of implementing pharmaceutical health service quality in their hospitals during the pandemic. Whereas the dimension of managerial pharmaceutical quality had the highest rank of importance, followed by technical and operational pharmaceutical quality.
