Admission and Registration Department - Bases of Bridging
Community college diploma holders are accepted at a minimum average of 68% in all programs, except for the Faculties of Pharmacy and Engineering, which require a minimum average of 70% or above, regardless of their General Secondary Education average.
Direct admission is available for students with special needs who have successfully passed the Comprehensive Examination with a minimum average of 65% in the corresponding specializations. Admission is subject to the approval of an internal medical committee at the university, supervised by a physician, with one member representing the Supreme Council for Persons with Special Needs.
Non-Jordanian students who wish to bridge to a bachelor’s degree and have obtained a community college diploma from outside Jordan may apply for admission to the corresponding specializations, provided that their diplomas qualify them to continue their university education at the bachelor’s level in their home countries.
Jordanian students who have obtained a community college diploma (Comprehensive Examination) from outside Jordan may be admitted to equivalent university specializations according to the approved lists of corresponding programs. If a specialization is not included in the approved lists, the university will determine the equivalent specialization based on the courses listed in the student’s academic transcript.
The university will equate (transfer) the courses studied during the intermediate diploma stage, whether completed inside or outside Jordan, provided that the transferred courses do not exceed 50% of the approved bachelor’s degree plan.

The admission and registration department provides several services to each student starting from receiving the new student and providing him with informative orientation. Our service is extended to whatever the students needs through his academic years such as registering classes until we proudly award him with his degree that is considered a corner stone and a ticket to a future full of achievements.
