Its vision and mission focus on preparing highly qualified nursing professionals who can respond effectively to evolving healthcare needs.

To achieve leadership and excellence in nursing education, scientific research, and community engagement at local, regional, and international levels through an innovative learning environment and a high-quality competency-based curriculum.
Mission
To prepare scientifically and professionally qualified nursing professionals capable of providing comprehensive, safe, and high-quality nursing care, applying evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and leadership within integrated healthcare teams.
The faculty is also committed to supporting scientific research and continuous professional development, strengthening partnerships with healthcare institutions and the community, and providing a learner-centered educational environment that keeps pace with developments in nursing science and healthcare needs.
