This stemmed from Isra University\u2019s keen interest in the basic sciences as essential to the development of other fields of science. The department has four faculty members who hold Ph.D. degrees in the fields of organic, inorganic, analytical, and physical chemistry. It also has faculty members that have MSc degrees to aid in the basic courses in the department.<\/p><p>Isra University has been keen to prepare advanced educational laboratories for all stages of the bachelor&#8217;s degree comparable to those in prestigious universities. It also encourages its\u2019 students to participate in college activities such as \u201cScientific Day\u201d. The department is also planning to establish research laboratories for the department faculty members.
