Vision and Mission of the Faculty of Law<\/h1>

The Vision and Mission of the Faculty of Law<\/strong> at Al-Isra’a University aim to achieve excellence and leadership at the local and regional levels in legal education and academic research. The Faculty is committed to providing a distinguished academic environment that prepares students with the legal knowledge and practical skills required for the labor market and enables them to contribute effectively to the development of their communities.<\/p>

Vision<\/h2>

The vision of the Faculty of Law is to achieve excellence and leadership locally and regionally in legal education and academic research. The Faculty seeks to develop a modern academic environment that keeps pace with developments in law, technology, and higher education.<\/p>

The Faculty aspires to become a distinguished institution in legal education and to graduate highly qualified legal professionals who possess the knowledge, practical skills, analytical abilities, and professional values necessary to perform their future responsibilities efficiently and responsibly.<\/p>

Mission<\/h2>

The mission of the Faculty of Law is to prepare distinguished students at both the academic and practical levels and equip them with the legal skills required by the labor market. The Faculty seeks to enable students to apply their legal knowledge in both theoretical and practical contexts while developing their abilities in legal analysis, critical thinking, research, communication, and problem-solving.<\/p>

The Faculty is also committed to promoting professional ethics and instilling values of justice, integrity, responsibility, and respect for the rule of law. Through its academic programs and activities, the Faculty seeks to prepare graduates who can contribute positively to their communities and participate effectively in the development of the legal profession.<\/p>

Objectives of the Faculty of Law<\/h2>

The Faculty of Law seeks to achieve a number of academic, professional, and community objectives, including:<\/p>

  1. Graduating distinguished and competent students in various fields of law.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Applying legal knowledge in both theoretical and practical contexts.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Encouraging research activities among faculty members and students.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Promoting professional ethics and legal values.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Strengthening the principle of the rule of law and respect for rights and obligations.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Contributing to community service and promoting legal awareness.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and specialized educational programs in various fields of law.<\/p><\/li>

  8. Developing modern approaches to legal education and making effective use of modern technologies.<\/p><\/li>

  9. Enhancing students’ abilities in legal research, analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.<\/p><\/li>

    Expected Learning Outcomes<\/h2>

    The Faculty of Law seeks to ensure that its graduates acquire a comprehensive range of legal knowledge and practical skills that enable them to perform their future professional responsibilities effectively and responsibly.<\/p>

    Graduates are expected to understand the fundamental principles of law and remain informed about developments in legislation, regulations, and their amendments. They should also be able to interpret, analyze, and evaluate legal texts, regulations, instructions, and judicial decisions.<\/p>

    Students are expected to develop the ability to reconcile or prioritize different legal provisions and judicial interpretations and to provide appropriate alternative legal solutions to various legal issues.<\/p>

    The Faculty also seeks to develop students’ ability to apply legal rules and principles to practical situations. Students should be able to prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, research papers, and legal reports in an accurate, professional, and academically sound manner.<\/p>

    Another important learning outcome is the ability to use innovative and modern approaches in legal education and professional practice. Students are encouraged to make effective use of technology and modern research tools to enhance their academic and professional capabilities.<\/p>

    Graduates are also expected to adhere to the fundamental ethical standards of legal professions and demonstrate a strong commitment to justice, integrity, professional responsibility, and providing legal assistance. In addition, they should possess effective communication skills, listen carefully to others, respect different opinions, and work effectively with individuals and teams.<\/p>

    Students should also be capable of completing assigned legal tasks efficiently, managing their time effectively, organizing priorities, and taking responsibility for their professional duties.<\/p>

    Legal Education and Academic Research<\/h2>

    The Faculty of Law places significant emphasis on the development of legal education and academic research as essential components of its academic mission. The Faculty seeks to keep pace with developments in legislation, judicial practice, legal scholarship, and contemporary legal issues.<\/p>
