The main aim of this study is to identify the impact of the integration between budget preparation and the application of the project resource planning system in rationalizing administrative decisions in companies listed in the Amman Stock Exchange. The study relied on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared as a Strument, which was distributed electronically to all employees in the financial departments of the companies which listed in the Amman Stock Exchange, which are (174) companies. (224) questionnaires were received, and all of them are valid for statistical analysis. The results of the study found an increase in the level of relative importance of the variables of the study, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of preparing budgets in rationalizing administrative decisions, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of applying the project resource planning system in rationalizing administrative decisions, as well as the presence of a statistically significant effect of the integration between the preparation of budgets and the application of the project resource planning system In rationalizing administrative decisions in companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. The study recommended companies administrations to continue studying the proposals submitted by employees at all administrative levels and for preparing budgets, and the need to continue to use budgets for the purposes of planning, control, performance evaluation and decision-making, and to pay attention to the application of the resource planning system for its great role in reducing the time period required for preparing reports, and for its contribution to planning processes. performance evaluation and decision-making.
