The significance of Hakeem program, where BD is utilized to improve healthcare service, motivated us to study the effect of utilizing big data in the Hakeem program. Despite the application of the Hakeem program in many hospitals and comprehensive healthcare centers, this study came to identify an impact of utilizing big data on the performance of the medical sector of -Al-Bashir hospital- in Jordan.
