  Corona pandemic and its impact on improving customer service procedures in private sector hospitals in Jordan

The current study aims to measure the impact of the Corona pandemic on improving customer needs procedures in private hospitals in Jordan, Simple random sampling was performed to select respondents, a total of 100 privet hospitals employees. To calculate the results arithmetic means and standard deviations and simple and multiple linear regression were used. The results indicates that the all variable was considered good, There is statistically significant impact at the level of (0.05??) for the Corona pandemic on the measures taken for customer satisfaction in private hospitals in Jordan, wearing gloves and masks for medical staff during the Corona pandemic on customer needs improvement procedures in private hospitals in Jordan, washing and sterilizing hands and maintaining physical distance during the Corona pandemic on customer needs improvement procedures in private hospitals in Jordan, and preventive precautions in laboratories, pharmacy and radiology departments during the Corona pandemic on customer needs improvement procedures in private hospitals in Jordan.
