This study aimed to analyze the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with its dimensions on an Organization’s Reputation (OR) and iitsdimensions. The study population consists of (138,726) private organizations operating in Manhattan, New York. Where the final representative sample entails (249) CEOs and GMs from the aforementioned companies. The study adopted quantitative methods (descriptive and analytical) and the data collection tool is a questionnaire survey that was distributed by e-mail. The hypotheses were tested utilizing statistical software (SMART - PLS,3). Study results indicated that there is a statistically significant effect of (CSR) on (OR). Therefore, the researcher recommends private organizations in Manhattan, New York, to pursue attention towards (CSR) and (OR) along with their dimensions.
