The Faculty of Information Technology organized a symposium on cybersecurity entitled “Be an Expert, Be Protected” in cooperation with the Cyber Shield Academy of the Jordanian Center for Design and Technology, in the presence of Dr. Zaid Al-Halhouli (Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology), faculty members, and a group of students.
The symposium included the presentation of rich content in the lecture about current trends, challenges, and methodologies for securing digital assets, and how to protect vital information and systems from a variety of cyber threats.
It included emphasizing the importance of the field of cybersecurity and highlighting modern technologies in this field, in addition to discussing the challenges it faces and the various specializations within this specialization, and discussing the latest advanced technologies and strategies that are used in combating cyber-attacks.
In conclusion, free courses were provided to students by the academy.
