Based on the university’s vision of serving the local community and student participation in volunteer work, the Student Affairs Committee in the Faculty of Science launched the Warm Your Heart initiative in its first phase, which included distributing winter supplies to needy students (from first to sixth grade) at Al-Zaafaran School/ Giza District.
The visit included distributing symbolic gifts to all students from kindergarten to ninth grade, holding competitions, distributing gifts to the winners of the first grade, and conducting scientific experiments for the tenth, ninth, and fifth grade students.
It is worth mentioning that a number of faculty members, laboratory supervisors, and female students from the chemistry and physics departments participated in the activity and prepared it.
