University, the Student Activities Committee at the faculty of Pharmacy organized an awareness day on breast cancer entitled "Think Pink". In the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Nihad Ayoub, members of the teaching and administrative staff and students, with the aim of educating students about the dangers of breast cancer and methods of prevention.
His Excellency the President of the University stressed the importance of organizing such extracurricular scientific awareness days in enhancing students' knowledge and skills and their excellence in knowledge and empowerment, explaining that breast cancer is the most common in the world, stressing the need for early detection.
Prof. Dr. Nihad Ayoub (Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy) pointed out that breast cancer is the most common in women and that most of the recorded deaths from this disease are due to the fact that women are not diagnosed with breast cancer until late stages, due to the lack of awareness of early detection of the disease in women. .

The awareness day at Isra University included several lectures to spread awareness about breast cancer. Student Fahad Al-Sibai gave a lecture entitled "Breast Cancer Statistics: A Global and Local View", in which he presented the latest figures locally and internationally. Clinical nutritionist Haneen Al-Kasasbeh also gave a lecture on "Nutritional Tips for the Prevention of Breast Cancer", in which she addressed the importance of proper nutrition in preventing the disease.
Dr. Ghaida Al Qawasmeh, a specialist in maternal medicine, delivered a lecture on "Prevention and early detection of breast cancer and gynecological cancers", where she focused on the importance of early diagnosis and prevention methods, and provided guidance on how to conduct self-examination.
Dr. Alaa Zghoul shared her personal experience with breast cancer, which influenced the audience and contributed to raising awareness of the importance of early screening and supporting patients. A number of students also conducted a "Body Mass Index" examination for the attendees, explaining its importance and its relationship to public health.
