The Faculty Performance Development Center at Isra University organized a series of training courses

aimed at developing the performance of faculty members.

His Excellency Professor Dr. Mohammad Hamed stressed the importance of the training courses, which included various topics, the most important of which are: the executive plan, building performance indicators, learning design models and employing them in planning the design of e-learning, formulating effective learning outcomes that achieve SMART standards, and placing qualifications in the National Qualifications Framework,  empowering youth and enhancing community partnerships, artificial intelligence in academic education and scientific research, proposed educational resources (Open Educational Resources), electronic assessment (formative and final), scientific journals, and the foundations of publishing and indexing research.

The Director of the Faculty Performance Development Center (Dr. Omar Al-Anbar) stated that the selection of course topics came to enhance the capabilities of faculty members in the field of qualification qualifications, executive planning, and scientific research. He added that the Faculty Development Center at the university held (9) training courses in which all old and new faculty members participated, and were implemented by distinguished experts in the field of training. The training courses lasted for two weeks and lasted (18) training hours.

 

His Excellency the University President praised the efforts made in holding training courses to achieve the university’s vision and mission, stressing the center’s readiness to meet the needs of faculty members by holding training courses that would raise their academic competence for excellence in developing the performance of faculty members at the university to achieve leadership and development to establish a culture of development to advance the university, and to contribute effectively to building a culture of development to achieve a competitive, creative educational environment characterized by knowledge and empowerment. He appreciated the efforts of the academic staff from various university faculties for their active participation in the courses and programmes
