In a step aimed at building effective partnerships in various fields of scientific research and pioneering projects, both Al-Isra University and Tafila Technical University signed on Tuesday 11/14/2024 a strategic memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation in the fields of education, research and innovation, as the two universities share a common vision. For academic and technical excellence.

Tafila Technical University is considered the first technical university in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It was established in 2005 to participate in building and developing this country, and to provide it with all the efforts it needs to develop higher education in Jordan.

 

For his part, His Excellency Professor Dr. Bassam Al-Mahasneh stressed the importance of cooperation between the two universities to provide training and practical programs that serve the interests of students and give them the necessary capabilities to enable them to compete at the local and global levels.

 

For his part, His Excellency the President of Isra University expressed his happiness with the strategic partnership with Tafila Technical University, which would enrich the experiences and skills of students and prepare them for the labor market, indicating support and enhancement of the development of students’ skills with knowledge and empowerment through participation in academic events, conferences and workshops.

The memorandum of understanding was signed in the presence of Professor Dr. Muhammad Obaidat (Director of the Office of International Relations and Projects), Mr. Moatasem Abdullah Al-Rawajfa (Director of Public Relations and Media) at Tafila Technical University, Professor Dr. Inshad Jumaa (Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs and International Projects), and Dr. Aseel Al-ShBbeekat (Director of the Department of Cultural Relations). and public) at the university.

In conclusion, the University President presented a memorial shield to His Excellency Professor Dr. Bassam Al-Mahasneh.
