The International Projects Unit at the University organized an introductory lecture on the American Fulbright Scholarships for the university students and faculty members, in the presence of deans, faculty members and students.
His Excellency Prof.Dr. Mohammad Hamed , President of the University, pointed out that the University always seeks excellence through knowledge and empowerment in order to develop programs, skills and expertise of the teaching staff, in addition to providing opportunities for quality grants from the American side for the University’s students, and strengthening the bonds of cooperation and partnership between Isra University and the American Fulbright Organization.
Ms. Rana Anani (Jordanian Program Officer) gave a detailed explanation of the Fulbright Program, which contributes to providing scholarship opportunities to complete a master’s program in various scientific disciplines for students and opportunities for faculty members to conduct scientific research in the United States of America.
Al-Anani pointed out that the Fulbright programs are one of the leading programs of the United States government for international education and cultural exchange, and through them it seeks to establish strong ties between cultures and exchange experiences and education. The program also provides tuition fees, living stipends, travel allowances, and academic stipends for students.
