The Center for Consulting, Training, Continuing Education and Community Development held its first meeting, in the presence of the Director of the Consulting Center, Dr. Aseel Al-Shabeekat, and members of the Council from the university and the local community.
The President of the University stressed the need to enhance the role played by the center by holding courses, workshops and educational seminars for members of the local community and university students, and enhancing cooperation with institutions in the surrounding area.
Mr. Mahmoud Khader, Chairman of the Qastal and Al-Mashta Investors Association, stressed the need and importance of such cooperation, and communicating to conclude agreements with local and foreign institutions to qualify students for the labor market.
The meeting included discussing the training courses and diplomas held at the Center for Consulting and Training during the year 2024/2023, the consulting and studies plan for the year 2024/2025, and presenting the agreements signed with internal and international entities.
The Center for Consulting and Continuing Education aims to invest in the university’s scientific and human capabilities and direct them towards serving the public and private sectors in Jordanian society and humanity, with the aim of providing material and moral support to the university and its faculty members.
