1.Students fill out enrollment request in the department of admission and registration,and they choice the specialization which they want to study it according to available vacancies and delivering the enrollment request with the documents acceptance to the assistant director of admission and registration
2.The assistant manager of admission and registration ensure the necessary doumentation and satisfy the ratifications.
3.Accepted students and they gave auniversity numbers.
4.Students are provided with notice of acceptance that contains the user name and password.
5.Students are provided with astudent guide that contains an internal instruction at the university.
6.Students issuing registration form from the department of admission and registration then they reviewing (acadimic lrader,head of department,dean) to choice the subjects which they want to register,then they reviewing the department of admission and registration to install eletronic schedule to get aprintout and that show the names and numbers of the subjects and numbers halls and times of lectures.
7.Students released university card in the deanship of student affairs.
8.Students submit level exams (arabic,english and computer skills) in arts college service department courses according to time and place,if they infficiency in level exams during the first semester of admission they must register three remedial subjets.
9.Foreign students have to review the deanship of student to complete the treatment of residence and provide them proof of students issued by the department of admission and registration.
10.Students pay the financial fees in the department of finance.
11.Students have to reiewing instructions to grant bachelors` and masters`degrees in isra university which contained in the students guide.
12.Exempted students who have(ICDL)certificate to provide computer skills exam.

The Department was established in 1991-in concurrence with establishment of the university and since then the department was committed to communicating and cooperating with all the faculties of the university and its academic and administrative departments. The Department also decided to develop performance though various modern technology means in order to attain excellence and pioneering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Admitting new students, bridging students and transferred students in accordance with the foundation and instruction of the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific Research
2- completing students’ registration procedures at the beginning of every semester.
3- Monitoring students grades manually and electronically once they are checked.
4- Issuing grade manuscripts, graduate certificates and all student-related documents meticulously.
5-Preparing statistics and various portfolios and presenting it to decision makers at the university
6- Preparing final exams and course schedules.
7- Monitoring and checked course plans and searching for amendments according to formalities.
8- Preparing university calendar and effectively assisting the annual graduation ceremony.
9- supervising implementation of the instructions of Bachelor and master degree awards in the university.

The center organizes training programs in the areas and topics that reinforce the efforts of Isra Private University in achieving its primary objective of providing decent work for all.
The work of the center is based on three axes:
The first axis:
Utilizing the capacities and capabilities of the university and its pragmatic and human resources in furthering development in Jordan and the Arab World.
The second axis:
Providing consultations and scientific and technical studies to the institutions of the public and private sectors inside and outside Jordan, and overseeing the organization and management of these services and monitoring their implementation.
The third axis:
Organizing seminars, training courses and workshops with the aim of serving the Jordanian and Arab communities.
The center aims to achieve the objectives of Isra University in serving the Jordanian community in particular and the Arab community in general, this is achieved by:
- Utilizing the university’s capacities and capabilities, and its pragmatic and human resources in furthering development in Jordan and the Arab world.
- Providing consultations and scientific and technical studies to the institutions of the public and private sectors inside and outside Jordan, and overseeing the organization and management of these services and monitoring their implementation.
- Developing the expertise of faculty members and the administrative and technical staff at the university, and providing them with financial and moral incentives to contribute in serving the Jordanian and Arab communities.
- Organizing seminars, training courses and workshops, with the aim of developing the capacity and expertise and the academic and vocational qualifications of the participants. - Keeping up with the scientific, technical and consultational developments in all fields and providing them in an optimal manner.
- Utilizing the capacities, capabilities and creative local cadres in the implementation of programs and activities of the center.

- Contributing in the development of human resources through courses, workshops, seminars, and educational programs and exams to qualify and develop the technical capabilities of workers in the public and private sectors. As well as developing the technical capacity of the staff of the university and the capacity of the university in providing services to the community, utilizing its capabilities, capacities and qualified academic and technical cadres, with a focus on holding specialized courses in order to keep university students and employees and the local community acquainted and able to deal aptly with recent developments and innovations.

- The Center has concluded several agreements with local and international personalities inside and outside Jordan. It is run by a director and an administrative, technical and vocational staff with a high level of knowledge and expertise. The center sometimes uses faculty members from Isra University and other universities, and experts from various institutions to achieve its objectives.
