The President of Isra University, His Excellency Professor Mohammad Musa Hamed, and the Director General of Al-Hayat Hospital, Dr. Kayed Al-Halayqa, signed a cooperation agreement to train nursing students at the hospital. The signing ceremony was attended by the Assistant President for Academic Affairs and International Programs, Prof. Inshad Juma, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Prof. Wafiqa Zahir, and the Director of Cultural and Public Relations, Dr. Aseel Al-Shabikat.
His Excellency the President of the University emphasized that the signing of this agreement underscores the university's commitment to bridging the gap between academic education and practical training with the aim of graduating qualified personnel capable of providing safe, high-quality nursing services to patients, and empowering students with the necessary professional skills and competencies to prepare them for the labor market. Dr. Kaid Al-Halayqa pointed out that the hospital was established in Amman in 1998 as a comprehensive hospital for all medical and surgical specialties. Since its establishment, it has sought to improve the level of medical services provided to patients and visitors. The hospital has 130 beds and has received JCI accreditation for the third time. He expressed his happiness with the cooperation with the university and his readiness to provide an appropriate educational environment for training students in various departments.
