Duties of the Quality Assurance Office
- Spreading and consolidating the quality culture.
- Contributing to the training of faculty and administrative staff on issues related to quality control.
- Contributing to the processes of controlling the level of quality in the university.
- Supervising the preparation, documentation and distribution of policies, procedures, forms and manuals, and following up on their development and updating.
- Assisting in managing the quality and quality control committees and work teams at the university.
- Contributing to the application of local and international accreditation and quality standards.
- Providing effective mechanisms for managing institutional and job performance.
- Keeping the Continuous improvement and effectiveness measurement to ensure the achievement of quality control.
- Submitting the necessary reports and providing databases for decision makers.
- Training employers in the field of quality in the university and committees in faculties to prepare the files of quality standards and to prepare a self-evaluation for the program in coordination with the Faculty Members Development Center.
