Library

The Public Law Department is concerned with teaching Constitutional, Administrative, Financial, Criminal and International Laws focusing on both the theoretical and practical aspects, with special prominence on how Jordanian legislation covering these topics.

The department includes a distinguished elite of professors as follows:

  • One Professor
  • Two Associate Professors
  • Four Assistant Professors


INJAZ establishment

INJAZ was established in 1999 as a project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). In 2001, under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, the project was re-launched as an independent Jordanian non-profit organization. Its mission is to motivate and prepare young people to become active members of their society and contribute to the development of the national economy. Since its inception, INJAZ has succeeded in reaching about one million beneficiaries from all over the Kingdom with the help of its dedicated network of volunteers and partners from the public and private sectors, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and King Abdullah II Fund for Development.


Implementing its programs in classroom rooms in schools, universities, community colleges, youth centers, centers for people with special needs and vocational training centers in different regions of the Kingdom. This will enhance students' economic, analytical and communication skills, as well as develop their leadership and creativity. Business). Programs are based on interactive, valuable information, practical experience and teamwork as key elements of the learning process.
In addition to the training programs, and to facilitate the transition of students from the school to the working life, the implementation of a program of functional linkage.

Training courses, workshops and seminars:

There is a special library for the faculty placed in the public library at the university, which includes thousands of specialized books and periodicals.

Where students ,Under the supervision of members of the faculty conducting A mock trials, which earns them skills and make pleadings either the judiciary.

3-    Halls of Graduate Studies

Based on the college's interest in the master's program and upgrading it to the highest levels, a model was allocated to the students of the Masters containing distinct methods of education.

 

Our vision

The vision of the Fund's Office stems from the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II to develop and develop civil society and its members, especially young people, as the cornerstone for building modern Jordan. Therefore, we believe in the Office of the Fund that the care of youth in universities and training and development of their abilities and scientific and practical skills is to invest and prepare a generation capable of thinking, creativity and excellence to participate in various stages of building the homeland.

 

Our objectives

- Provide a database on human resources labor market needs.
-  To harmonize the communication skills with which students are trained to meet the real needs of the labor market locally, regionally and globally as a prerequisite for harmonizing the outputs of the education system with the inputs of the labor market in general.
 - Consolidation of work values, behavior and functional affiliation.
 - Assisting students in securing permanent employment opportunities after graduation or temporary during their university education.
-  Opening channels of communication between the student community in universities,  private sector activities and civil society organizations.
- To serve as a liaison between the King Abdullah II Fund for Development and students in universities by placing them in the form of pilot programs and projects that are implemented by the Fund.
-  Helping students to join volunteer programs and community service activities.
- Preparing and organizing advanced training courses and workshops to enable students to obtain practical experience and within their specialization before graduating from the university.
- Encouraging students to establish productive projects that serve the country.
- Career days to help students find suitable jobs.



Our mission

The Fund's Office will train the University's youth and build their professional capacities by coordinating the efforts of individuals and institutions concerned and capable of contributing to the provision of what young people need to enter the labor market and the construction journey with determination and will supported by skill and excellence in work and the desire for continuous learning.   4. Preparing notes, pleadings, research, and legal reports.
  5. The introduction of modern innovative methods in the field of legal education.
  6. Commitment to the basic ethical rules for practicing the legal profession, adherence to the values ​​of justice, and the provision of legal aid.
  7. Communicating effectively with others and listening well and respecting the opinion of others.
  8. Carrying out the legal tasks assigned to the student effectively with time management skills.
 

About the College:

The Faculty of Law at Al-Isra University is one of the important law schools at the national and regional levels and it has good reputation. The College has been teaching law since its establishment with the University in 1991.

The College offers two programs that offer in the first program its study plan to obtain a bachelor's degree in law after studying the student (141) credit hours.The bachelor's program aims to provide state institutions, the legal profession and the judiciary with distinguished legal cadres.

The College also offers its second program (Master) in Law, which began in the first semester of the academic year 2005. The program aims at preparing specialized legal competencies. The college aims to help and guide students towards serious and distinguished scientific research that focuses on quality to keep abreast of developments in the various branches of law.

The faculty also urges and motivates students to actively participate in its various programs and activities. The college has achieved advanced positions in university proficiency exams and mock judgments competitions and ranked first in the academic year 2018-2019 in the presentation competition at the level of public and private universities.

The faculty includes a distinguished faculty of members, who graduates of prestigious foreign and Arab universities and they have been awarded the degree of postgraduate(PhD) in various branches of law.

The College is accredited publicly and privately by the Higher Education Accreditation Commission in Jordan.
